Latin for “BE STRONG,” Valeo Defense was founded in 2021 by Louci Thomas under the mentorship and guidance of Professor Kyle Cammarano and her father Zach Thomas.
Kyle Cammarano is the owner of Integrity BJJ & Fitness in Carrollton, Georgia. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt with over a decade of experience and 6 years working in private security. He is passionate about instructing and coaching young competitors as an active competitor himself.
Zach’s self-defense training includes Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, traditional Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Modern Army Combatives as a U.S. Army Ranger Instructor.
Louci fell in love with Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense while training at Integrity BJJ in Carrollton, Ga. After training and competing for over a year, Louci founded Valeo Defense to share her passion with Polk County!
